Paxtakor Teks has been operating since 2017 in the Jizzakh region of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Our company is a modern enterprise specializing in the production of textile products from the moment cotton is grown to the finished product. Today, the annual output of our factory is 6,800 tons of cotton yarn. In addition, our company has a cotton refinery with the ability to process up to 40,000 tons of raw cotton per year. For these purposes, we grow cotton on an area of more than 10,000 hectares in the Zarbdor district, Jizzakh region. Our company is distinguished by the high quality of the yarn produced from the best varieties of cotton in Uzbekistan.

Our goal

In order to maintain the high quality of our products, we use the most modern and well-known equipment from the world's best suppliers. Our laboratory is equipped with the most advanced laboratory devices from Uster Switzerland. For a new project for the production of knitwear, we have concluded contracts with the best suppliers of relevant equipment such as Terrot GmbH, Brückner, Santex, Ferraro, Corino, Dilmenler.

Our goal is not only to produce high-quality cotton products, but also to contribute to the textile industry and the development of the social sphere in Uzbekistan. We achieve these goals through the implementation of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance) standards. Today, the company employs more than 1,000 people.

In addition, we have created systems for treating unfit for drinking water on the territory of the enterprise, and now our employees receive purified water for their own needs absolutely free of charge. To save the environment, we have planted more than 1000 pcs. different varieties of trees in the area.

Production

The production of our products begins with the preparation of high quality raw materials. To do this, we began to grow our own cotton, to obtain high-quality fiber. For the same purposes, a cotton-cleaning plant was built and equipped. Here, the raw materials are purified in several stages for further processing.

Further, for the manufacture of cotton yarn, not only reliable equipment is used, but also the skills of experienced specialists. The unique technology allows you to achieve clean and strong yarn in a short time.

For processing raw materials into finished yarn, machines from Switzerland, Japan, Turkey and India from Muratec, Rieter Machine Works Ltd, Uster Technologies, etc. are installed in the production. The staff regularly undergoes advanced training and has extensive experience in the field of textile production.
